How this trading platform handles your data. Security and privacy are our priority.
What we store
An account record: email, username, hashed password, and optional profile fields (first/last name, date of birth, country, address, timezone). Your real balance and full trade history are stored securely. Payment details are processed through secure payment providers and stored according to PCI-DSS standards.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, don't share it with third parties except as described under "Reviews" below, don't run ad tracking, and don't use your data to make real-world financial decisions about you. KYC documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.
Reviews
We may share your name and email with Trustpilot to invite you to review your experience. This happens when we email you a receipt for a deposit or a completed withdrawal, and it is sent to every customer the same way, whatever the outcome of their trading. Trustpilot uses these details only to send you a review invitation, under its own privacy policy. Leaving a review is optional, and you can opt out of further invitations using the link in Trustpilot's email.
Client-side preferences
Small interface preferences — theme, sound and notification toggles, your default investment amount, whether trade confirmation is on — are kept in your browser's local storage on this device, not sent anywhere else.
Your control
You can edit or clear most profile fields (name, date of birth, country, address) at any time from the Profile page. You can request account closure and data deletion through support.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed through compliant payment providers.
